Rye – Rye Neck – Blind Brook Continues Strong Stretch with Victory Over Suffern

Rye – Rye Neck – Blind Brook Swimming and Diving stayed hot on Monday night, taking down the Suffern Mountain Lions 104-74 in the pool.

“The team had a strong meet tonight, winning every individual swimming event and all relays,” Head Coach Katie Konopka said of the win in her postgame report. Rye 8th grader Quinn Boyle won her first Varsity individual event on Monday, the 500-meter freestyle.

– 400M free relay: Sophie Boyle, Clare McGlynn, Kate Chesley, Ayana Ite

The team (5-1) has a couple days to practice before their next meet on Friday, September 27. Rye – Rye Neck – Blind Brook hosts Sleepy Hollow/Edgemont/Irvington (SHEDI) at Hommocks at 5:00pm to close out the week.
