What better way to clear away the old and make room for the new than with this recipe for rejuvenation? \nGuided meditation\, encouraging deep relaxation throughout the physical body\nA Reiki energy session\, releasing stuck energy and bringing balance back into the body\nA healing sound bath\, using sound vibrations to stimulate the body’s natural healing process and produce a profound sense of well-being\nA labyrinth walk to leave behind what no longer serves you\, embrace what is emerging\, and enter the flow of life\nEnjoy an herbal tea blend with nourishing herbs associated with the summer solstice\, and an opportunity for reflection and sharing\, in a community circle\nAll while relaxing next to the water\, under the trees\, at Wainwright \nGain clarity\, cultivate self-awareness\, and deepen your understanding your experience through journal prompts that will be provided for further integration and intention setting in alignment with the solstice \nThese healing practices have been shown to enable better sleep\, decrease stress and anxiety\, and improve our sense of well-being — just to name a few of the health benefits. Participants will leave this local\, 90-minute healing retreat feeling relaxed\, restored and ready to receive new abundance in their lives. \nAbout the facilitator:\nKaty Romita: Katy is a certified Buddhist Meditation Instructor\, an Energy and Sound Healing Facilitator\, a Reiki Master\, and a Therapeutic Art Guide. Katy approaches her work with the knowledge that we are all inherently whole\, complete and enough\, as we are – but that sometimes it helps to get a reminder. With a warm\, down-to-earth style\, Katy shares practices that help clear away the baggage\, the “shoulds\,” and other clutter that often gets in the way\, so that people can live from a place of greater equanimity\, authenticity\, and joy.
