Every week we will post a new recipe and meet on Zoom to learn how to cook it! 12/2 Oven Baked Potato LatkesIngredients: -1 28 oz. bag frozen hashed potatoes\, totally thawed! Take them out of your freezer early!-1 small onion-2 eggs-6 tbsps. flour-1/2 tsp. salt-1/2 tsp. garlic powder-1/4 tsp. pepper-Spray/grease for pan-Apple sauce (optional\, for topping)Equipment:-Grater-Baking sheets-Bowls/spoons-Paper towels or a clean dish towel\, or cheesecloth (we need this to drain the moisture out of the potatoes)-Oven/oven mitts This event is encouraged for kids 5-12 and their grownups. If you don’t have 3 muffin trays you can refrigerate some of the dough while your first few batches bake and finish up the rest later)-Bowls/spoons-Oven/oven mitt-Cooling racks-Optional: ziploc bag to pipe frosting This event is encouraged for kids 5-12 and their grownups.
