DESCRIPTION:When memory begins to blur\, music remains steady\, familiar\, and deeply human. Musical Segue is a complimentary weekly space where songs become bridges to memories\, to peace\, and to one another. Through gentle rhythms\, familiar melodies\, and shared presence\, participants are invited into moments of clarity\, joy\, and connection that words alone can’t always reach. \n12 weekly session for 45-60 minutes\n10-15 people per group\nVirtual (Zoom) or In-person \nContact us at 646-744-2900 or helpline@wearecaringkind.org. \nGuided by a professional music therapist and offered in partnership with CaringKind\, this program nurtures emotional well-being\, eases anxiety\, and reminds us that even in uncertainty\, something beautiful still sings within us. \nWhile this program is free\, registration is required and spaces are limited.
