SUMMARY:CircleMoms Doula-led New Mom Group @ Wainwright House
DESCRIPTION:CircleMoms offers support for new mothers looking for connection in the first 3 months after birth through doula-led support groups. Circles meet once a week for five weeks to discuss topics that are sequentially outlined based on mom and baby milestones– i.e. birth stories\, sleep\, feeding\, emotions\, activity time. \nMost women don’t know what they’re up against emotionally\, physically and mentally after birth. Exhaustion\, identity loss\, anxiety and baby blues are all things new moms may experience in the postpartum days. CircleMoms alleviates these challenges and provides connection and empowerment through shared experiences. New mothers go through the newborns days with doula support and a mom tribe to lift them up.
