Through guided exercises\, participants gently bring stuck energy to the surface\, encouraging self-discovery and emotional release. \nEach session is tailored to meet participants where they are. Using movement as a language beyond words\, new emotions and insights may emerge\, sparking curiosity\, awareness\, and heart-centered connection. Under the guidance of Valerie Green\, choreographer\, dancer\, and Movement Healing Guide\, participants explore personal expression and energy release\, creating space for healing and renewal. \nBy the end of the workshop\, you’ll leave feeling lighter\, more grounded\, and empowered to move forward with clarity and insight. \nAbout the Guide:\nValerie Green has been a choreographer\, dancer\, healer\, and teacher in the NYC dance community since 1995.
