One hundred ten single family homes have been sold in Rye City in the past six months, compared to seventy eight in this time period last year. 34 or 33% of the sales were under $1,000,000 with an average closing price of $786,773.  In the $1,000,000+ category, there have been 69 homes sold, 67% of the total, with an average selling price of $2,152,833.
