In early April we set the foundation walls for the new playroom and family room in back, started framing the new 3rd floor where our three boys will have their bedrooms and continued the demolition of the roof on the right side of the house. (PHOTO: On right, the old hot water solar panels were removed. They were approximately 25+ years old and pre-heated hot water for the house. New photovoltaic electric solar panels will be installed on the new roof.)
