  1. Just when you though it was safe to go back in the water, or on the tee box…

YANDRASEVICH’S BANK RECORDS OBTAINED AS COUNTY DA DIGS IN–COUNCIL TO ISSUE NEW RGC REPORT W/ ROGUE CITY MNGR STILL IN CHARGE

    http://www.lausdeo10580.com/lausdeo10580/2013/05/yandrasevichs-bank-records-obtainedfinal-rgc-report-due-this-week-as-county-da-digs-in-.html

Speaking of water, there is none in the RGC pool yet, which is now being run by Scott Pickup himself, who has told the new RGC interim GM to keep his hands off the pool and golf course–even though he is contracted and paid to manage the entire facility.

According to sources, under Pickup’s leadership, the pool is behind schedule in being ready to open and RGC still has not hired a lifeguarding company (and is at a serious disadvantage in negotiating a contract at this late stage).

  2. “Westchester DA building case against ex-Rye Golf Club manager”
    http://newyork.newsday.com/westchester/westchester-da-building-case-against-ex-rye-golf-club-manager-1.5201903
“Pickup said law and accounting firms hired by the city to assist with its investigation — Brune & Richard LLP and Breen & Associates LLC — are expected to unveil a final report on the golf club THIS WEEK, which will include details about the Yandraseviches personal bank records and other documents that could help determine exactly how much money was stolen.”
See? Firewalling Mr. Shew, Mr. Otis and Mr. Plunkett is actually quite simple. Turn the investigation over to Mr. Plunkett’s DA, Mrs. DiFiore, – and POOF! – case closed. No depositions UNDER OATH of the 3 Big Fish, AKA Rye’s former senior fiduciaries. No accountability. Nothing. Before you know it this will all be “old news.” Just like Schubert’s Pond. And Andrew Dapolite. Movin on. Beautiful.
    Can you spell B.E.N.G.H.A.Z.I.?

  3. NEW VIDEO – RYE GOLF – LAUS DEO RADIO

In this chapter, two Rye Golf Club members sit down and discuss the latest at the club they love and the people still held unaccountable for stealing, lying and cheating them and the rest of the members out of hundreds of thousands of dollars over half a decade of deceit.

But this talk isn’t over beers at The Castle, and these members are not afraid to be seen or heard by Rye’s political class asking the kind of “uncivil” questions some want bottled-up – before things go – you know – higher-up. And for some reason this doesn’t look at all like a “side show” to me. What do YOU think?
