The Rye Y is arranging for an emergency generator.. still no power:

Staff continue to work tirelessly to address electrical issues caused by Saturday's outage. At this point in time, an emergency generator is scheduled to be delivered to the Y very early Tuesday morning. It is our hope that we will be operational between 9-10 am. However, we know now that no classes will run at 21 Locust Ave. before 9:30 am on Tuesday. We will provide updates as we know more on Tuesday morning.
The only electrical issue that exists is at the Rye Y facility @ 21 Locust Ave. Therefore, all OFF SITE programs remain in full effect. The Greenwich Y has generously agreed to host Rye Y members until we confirm that we are officially open.
We will continue to keep you updated, but please visit our website or call before traveling to the Rye Y. We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and support!"
