Rye Football Fan Bus Friday for Sectional Semi-Finals

We've got a fan bus for Rye students:

The Rye Football Association has arranged for fan buses for Rye High School Students to attend Rye High School's Sectional semi-final football game against Yorktown High School, held at Yorktown High School on October 28, 2016!  The fan buses will be filled on a first come first served basis so please reserve a spot as soon as possible. 

• If you are interested in securing a place on the bus, you can reserve a spot by emailing rhsgarnetfan@gmail.com. Please provide your name, grade, cell phone number and an available parent's cell phone number.
• The cut-off time for reserving a spot on the fan bus is noon on Friday October 28^th.
• Arrive at Rye Middle School at no later than 5:15 pm for a PROMPT departure time of 5:30 pm. An adult supervisor will be present on each bus.
• The cost will be $10 per student. This cost will cover bus fare and a ticket to the game. The RFA is subsidizing the cost of the buses to keep the cost as low as possible.
• There will be concession stands at Yorktown HS so students should bring money for food and drink at the game.
• ONLY RYE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE PERMITTED TO TAKE THESE FAN BUSES.
• Download Release Waiver and fill it out; waiver must be signed by a parent. The waivers are also available at the Athletic Office
• The money and waiver will be collected by an adult supervisor at check in on October 28^th.
• Please note that game time is at 7:00 pm. Your child should be getting back to Rye after the game at approximately 11:00 pm.
• Every student should bring his/her cell phone so that he/she can be reached by a parent or the adult supervisor.
• This is considered a school sponsored event from the moment they get on the bus until they leave RHS at the end of the evening. All school rules and policies relating to behavior apply and will be monitored closely by the adult supervisors.
• There will be no food or beverages allowed on the bus.
• String bags, backpacks and large tote purses will not be allowed on the bus.
• Section 1 rules prohibit any noise makers and signs.
