Manoush Zomorodi is a journalist, podcast host and author. She was the host of the WNYC podcast Note To Self, which explores humans' relationship with technology through conversations with listeners and experts. In her book, Bored and Brilliant: How Spacing Out Can Unlock Your Most Creative Self, she examines the benefits for adults and children of unplugging from devices and exploring during unstructured time.
