Rye #65 on Top 100 Most Expensive Zip Codes

Rye landed – again – on Property Shark's top 100 most expensive zip codes in the United States.

Rye is the only zip in Westchester to appear in the top 100 list, ranking number 65 with a 2019 median sale price of $1,680,000. The ranking represents a slip from the 2018 report where Rye ranked 59 with a median sales price of $1,750,000.
