Just in time to fall in love with waste-free living this Valentine’s Day, the Rye Sustainability Committee presents a free educational talk by Health Coach/Zero Waster Heather Benek.

Heather will demonstrate the best tools, personal habits and lifehacks for cutting back on the waste generated on a day-to-day-basis whether out shopping, at home cooking or traveling for business or pleasure. A low waste lifestyle for families will be discussed too.

Speaker Bio: Heather began her Zero Waste journey in 2017 with the Plastic Free April challenge. Currently, she can fit all her monthly trash into a pint-size mason jar as she aims for zero-waste while embracing a minimalist lifestyle.
