This Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 6pm, the Jay Heritage Center will host a virtual panel discussion “Voices for a Green Recovery: Taking Action on Climate Change from the Ground Up.”

- Andrew Revkin, environmental journalist and founding director of the Initiative on Communication and Sustainability at Columbia University’s Earth Institute;
- Eric Sanderson, author of “Manahatta: A Natural History of New York City“;
- Doug Tallamy, author of “Nature’s Best Hope” and “Bringing Nature Home.”

It is interesting how Rye City Councilperson and JHC board member Sara Goddard is concerned about Climate Change as she along with Mayor Cohn and the entire Rye City council allows the Hen Island community to pollute our Milton Harbor.
