On the Way Cafe owner states orange VW has been parked for days without moving in the 1 hour parking lot OV Call: Unable to locate owner. Witnesses stated vehicle has been parked in the same space for approximately 1 week. Vehicle was observed earlier and now in violation of 1 hour parking limit.
