The Rye Girls Varsity Cheerleaders competed in the Regional Game Day Championship on Saturday at Arlington High School in Lagrangeville.
“This was the first time in Rye history that the cheer team has competed at a competition this prestigious,” said Rye Girls Varsity Cheerleading Coach Melissa Marsden. “We are so proud of the girls and all of their accomplishments.”
The team is asking Rye community members to come out and support them on Sunday, November 7th (around 11:30am) at Blind Brook High School as they compete in the Section One Championship.
