Took the Wind Out of It. September 24. Meadow Place. LB City Code Violation – Leaf Blowers. CALLER STATES THAT THERE IS LAWN EQUIPMENT BEING USED IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY CODE. city code issued to NY CID _______.

Branching Out. September 25. Milton Harbor, Long Island Sound. Nav Hazard. Removed a large branch from the channel. Brought into marina for disposal.

Vow to Keep Quiet. September 25. Grace Church Street / Kirby Lane. Loud Party. caller reports loud music at said location. car 18 sent. wedding at location music already done for night, wedding is concluding, no issue at location.

Putting Brakes on Bad Behavior. September 26. BP Gas Station, 1 Boston Post Road. Caller states the attendant at BP gas station is not allowing him to retrieve his vehicle. Car 10 dispatched. SPOKE TO THE RO AND THE MANAGER, THEY BOTH AGREED TO SETTLE THE BILL AND RELEASE THE VEHICLE. 10-98

Suspicious Vehicle. caller reports a black sedan with no plates on Kirby La north. driver of vehicle claims to be waiting for con ed. car 15 sent. Subject checks out as sub contractor flagger for Con Ed as per paperwork. Vehicle is newly purchased showing NY In transit permit on rear window. Black VW Jetta.
