Caller stated that the trespasser is ______. He was described as an Asian male wearing a straw hat, blue pants, and a tan/grey coat. Last seen walking on Manursing Way. Caller stated that he was the general manager of the Manursing Island Club and wanted to press charges. CANVASED MANURSING AVE AND EDITH READ SANCTUARY PARKING LOT. PARTY GOA.)

Rising Water. April 7. Brevoort Lane. Road-Flooded. Caller states water rising near sewer in front of above address. Some flooding on the roadway. Still passable with no danger to any structures. Will canvass area again later in the tour. 98.

Basement Flooding. April 8. Thorne Place. Assist Citizen. CALLER REQUESTS ASSISTANCE WITH FLOODING. Assisted resident with flooding of basement. They were advised to contact a plumber in the morning to fix sub pump.

Hipster Dog. April 8. Car Park 4. Animal Complaints-Other. caller states dog inside of vehicle when she went in and came out for dinner. all in order. vehicle on with ac running. note left by operator NY ______. vehicle is a tesla.

RIP Kitty. April 9. Midland Avenue / Playland Parkway. Animal Struck By MV. CAT IN ROADWAY. DEAD? Carcass removed from roadway.

Stay 200 Feet Back. April 13. Overlook Place. Utility-Wire Down. caller reports a truck has pulled down what she believes are electric wires. car12 and fd assigned. has road blocked and con ed is on scene for downed wires 98.

Gassy. April 13. Rye Park Apartments, 125 Central Avenue. Assist Rye Fire Department. Caller states there is a strong odor of gas on first floor of location. Advised to evacuate. 60 control notified to dispatch FD. tot fd.

No Buoy for You. April 14. Rye PD MARINE UNIT BUILDING, 650 MILTON RD. Buoy Maintenance. Deployed speed buoy and entrance to Port Chester Harbor. Location Changed From 11 WATERWAYS To 650 Milton RD. Unable to deploy buoy due to weather conditions. Prepared additional buoys and spars for deployment.

Darwin Award Candidates. April 14. EDITH READ SANCTUARY, 2 Thomas Keane Plaza. Assist Other Police. Caller states he observed two white males early teens/20s pointing a paintball gun at passing patrons. Caller stated they are in an old gray pick up truck. County PD notified. TOT WCPD.
