We are happy to extend our video storytelling program to owners and managers of Rye, NY merchants as a way to showcase local businesses. There is no cost to participate.

It should take you ten (10) minutes or less to complete this submission.

Thanks for participating in The Storytelling Project by the Rye Free Reading Room and Rye’s MayorAssemblymanPoliceFirelocal authors and others have been featured on reading children’s books provided by the Rye Free Reading Room.

Now local merchants can be featured by reading stories for the youngest citizens of Rye.

How it works:

  1. Complete this online submission (10 minutes);
  2. The Rye Free Reading Room will deliver a children’s book for you to read;
  3. Use your smartphone to create a video of you reading the book. Use these tips & instructions on how to create the video using your smartphone;
  4. We will showcase your local business and your storytelling video on and on the social accounts of and The Rye Free Reading Room
