The property, with 1100 feet of waterfront, and indoor and and outdoor pool, a tennis court and myriad of other features, According to one report, a local family bought the home using a LLC. Our favorite part is in another listing of amenities it was "close to bus". Just thinking… these folks won't be taking the bus and probably would not care if their local bus stop was axed. Also, they will need to save that bus fare for the annual tax bill: $183,072.
A couple years ago, the home was featured on Open House NYC, a local TV show that details over the top real estate. Interestingly, the show video refers to the sale price as $22 million.
The listing price history shows the house went on the market back in March 2015 for the $22 million amount, before selling this July at the $12.75 million.
