Two people were sent to Westchester Medical Center after a high-speed chase involving New York State Police and City of Rye Police resulted in a totaled City of Rye Police vehicle and the arrest of 29-year-old Jaime Elizandro Pacheco-Zamora of Port Chester on charges of DWI, vehicular assault, and reckless driving.
