Breast of Duck with Cherry Chutney: Boneless breast of Duck pan seared and finished with a delicious Cherry Chutney sauce of fresh cherries, onion, shallots, plum tomatoes, golden raisins, dijon mustard and dry red wine. The Duck is served with Wild rice Pilaf and Winter Vegetables.
Inaugural Seafood Stew: The original recipe being served to our 44th President! Enjoy fresh water Shrimp, lobster, Sea scallops, filet of cod and vegetables: celery, carrots, leeks and potatoes. The stock is enhanced with heavy cream, a splash of vermouth and topped with puff pastry. We are serving this with Basmati rice and a house salad.
Molasses Whipped Sweet Potatoes: Sweet Potatoes whipped together with orange juice, molasses, brown sugar, butter and Maple syrup .
