RYE PD: Flooding Again – Evacuate & Move Cars
From Rye PD this morning (September 8, 2011):
The Blind Brook has risen over the top of the Bowman Avenue Dam and we are experiencing some street flooding in Indian Village and the parking lots. If you are in a flood prone area, please begin evacuating and move vehicles to higher ground.
