Wait a minute, Charmian. You view the outcome as a surprise? Are you kidding me? As much as I wanted to see Myers out (still do), I doubted [sorry to say] that Suzanna would achieve it. Newbie in terms of elected politics. No base outside of Rye, etc. His was no Dewey Defeats Truman. More like Clinton kills in second term.
And how, exactly, does Myers being re-elected help Astorino?
