Three Rye Groups Gun for Chase Community Giving Cash on Facebook
Vote now and help three local Rye groups.
The Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation, The Rye Nature Center and Helping Hands for the Homeless all need your help. All three are competing to be one of the 196 community groups to win (part of a) $5 million pot of cash from Chase Community Giving.
The hitch is thousands of groups across the country are competing for votes via Facebook. Voting closes Wednesday the 19th, and our three local groups need lots of votes. Checking the leaderboard Sunday evening, the group ranking #196 has 668 votes. The most votes any local group as is thrity (30!) votes, so vote now on Facebook. Each person is allowed two votes:
