Donations Needed: Kamers Head to Breezy Point Saturday
Rye resident Gail Kamer and her two boys Michael and Cameron need your help:
"(We) will be making a drive to Breezy Point, Queens on Saturday to donate much needed supplies and to help wherever it is needed… yet another hard hit area that is in desperate need of basic supplies and overall assistance.
If you would like to donate anything: canned goods, cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, new packages of t shirts, underwear or socks, (no used clothing) etc., please leave on my front porch by tomorrow night. (122 Midland)
I don't have a set game plan; I've been told to show up at the guard station and I'll be directed to the volunteer center…"
