Rye City Election Winners & Bond a Toss Up

Here is the local Rye City update from yesterday's election as of 6am Wednesday:

On the bond issues (there were two of them), they are too close to call:

Julie Killian ran unopposed… so she won!:

Former Rye Mayor Steve Otis won a NY State Assembly seat (the one vacated by Latimer) by a landslide with 65% of the vote:
