Subject: City of Rye Press Release – Rye Golf Club update
The City of Rye announced today that Rye Golf Club Manager Scott Yandrasevich, through a letter from his attorney, resigned his position effective January 18, 2013.
In that same letter, Mr. Yandrasavich agreed to vacate his residence on the golf club grounds no later than February 28.
The City has already taken affirmative steps to ensure that the club operations will continue without interruption, and the City looks forward to a successful 2013 season.
Meanwhile, the City Council is continuing its investigation into issues related to Rye Golf Club.

Only quibble here is she’s still referring to herself as an attorney.
Too bad that the press release doesn’t say anything about the terms of the resignation. It is very unlikely that this would have happened with such speed w/o a deal. What did the city agree to in terms of foregone litigation or payments?
