Rye High School Athletes Sign Letters of Intent
Twenty-five Rye High School senior athletes have signed letters of intent to participate as members of college teams. A ceremony was held in the form of a press conference on March 6, during which the parents, coaches, teachers, administrators, and Board of Education Members gathered to celebrate and honor the skilled athletes.

Director of Physical Education, Health, and Athletics Robert Castagna provided guests with prepared questions to ask the students. The topics ranged from serious to humorous, with students answering inquiries such as, “how will you balance your school work, your social life, and your athletics?” and “do you know how to do your own laundry?” The students were remarkably poised answering the questions during each of their moments in the spotlight.
