Mardi Gras in Rye Running Week Late
Official Mardi Gras was last week, but the Rye Library is having their own version this week for ages Kindergarten and up.
Mardi Gras is all about green, purple, gold, sparkle, beads, masks, and noise. Use your creativity at the craft workshops to make your costume, decorate a traditional King Cupcake, and join us to parade your fancy self through the library. Space in programs is limited.
Tuesday, February 16, 2-3 pm – Mardi Gras Mask Craft
Wednesday, February 17, 2-3 pm – Mardi Gras Jester Hat & Noisemaker Crafts
Thursday, February 18, 2-3 pm – Mardi Gras King Cupcake Decorating
Friday, February 19, 2-3 pm – Mardi Gras Parade
