Landscape Architect Cohen Presented by Garden Club Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Rye Free Reading Room

The Little Garden Club of Rye is sponsoring a presentation by Greenwich landscaper Susan Cohen at the Rye Free Reading Room on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. The program is from 10:30a – 12p in the Meeting Room.
Cohen will give a presentation on Landscape Architecture and the Creative Process. Susan Cohen is a well know licensed landscape architect from Greenwich and has won recognition for her work for private clients and the NY Botanical Gardens. Her work has been featured in the New York Times and Architectural Digest.
Susan has written two books on landscape including The Inspired Landscape: Twenty-One Leading Landscape Architects Explore the Creative Process and her third book will be available in November. In addition, Susan lectures widely and has taught in the Landscape Architecture Department of the City College of New York and the NY Botanical Gardens where is the Coordinator of the Landscape Design Program.
Cohen specializes in residential landscapes and is known for her simple and elegant designs in harmony with the character of each site. Landscape services include master plans and designs for swimming pools, terraces, walls, walks, drives and exuberant flower borders.
