Rye High School Ranks #8 of 1,180 NY State Schools
Rye High School ranks #8 of 1,180 pubic schools in all New York State, according to a Niche.com survey.
The survey also ranks Rye #5 in best public high school teachers in the state, but dings the school with a C for diversity. Expenses per student are $24,875, twice the national average. Average SAT is 1280 and ACT is 31, according to the survey.
The only other Westchester school in the top ten was Scarsdale, squeaking in just ahead of Rye at #7 overall.
