The Rye schools have 22 new faces – teachers and administrators – going into the new school year.

Today MyRye.com will introduce you to the single new face in the Rye School of Leadership. The rest of this week, we'll introduce you to the new teachers and administrators you will see across the system.

Melissa Marsden
Math/Special Education
Ms. Marsden comes to Rye from Carmel High School, where she was a math and special education/math leave replacement teacher and, prior to that, a math teaching assistant. She began her teaching career as a substitute teacher in the Carmel Central and Irvington School Districts. Ms. Marden has a B.A. in Mathematics Education and a Master of Professional Studies in Special Education degree, both from Manhattanville College.
