Rye School Boss Unfriends Social Media
Social media companies have been facing a public backlash in recent months. Now the Rye School Boss has told parents the schools are unfriending social media.
In a note to parents Friday, School Boss Eric Byrne told parents "we will no longer require or request our students to access social media as part of classroom instructional time, homework, or extra credit assignments" and referred to the "health and safety of our students".
The mighty have fallen – far, and fast.
