Midland Avenue I-95 North On-Ramp to Close for a Year – Plus Starting Monday

As part of the "Last Mile Project" the Midland Avenue North-bound ramp to I-95 will be closed for over a year beginning this Monday, April 8, 2019. As an alternate you must take I-287 Westbound to Exit 9 Kenilworth Road Exit 9, then turn around reversing direction to I-287 Eastbound to finally reach I-95 Northbound.

"I-95 Ramp Closure
Please be advised that the New York State Thruway Authority will be closing the Midland Avenue I-95N on-ramp beginning this Monday, April 8, 2019. The ramp is projected to be closed for over a year. During the duration of the ramp closure please use the following detour:
· North on Midland Avenue
· Right on Ramp 5 (I-287 westbound)
· Exit at Kenilworth Road exit 9
· Get back onto I-287 eastbound to I-95 northbound"
