St. Regis Rye – The Residences Opens Sales Office

The new luxury development St. Regis Rye – The Residences, at 120 Old Post Road just off I-95 Exit 19 and the Playland Parkway Access Road, has opened its sales office.
The official groundbreaking was this past May. The site is still being built out, but models (model apartments, scale models and pictures of models that surely emulate what your life will be like once your purchase one of these homes – are all now available for your viewing pleasure).

Residences – those posted range in price from $1 million for a one bedrrom to $3.6 million for a 4 bedroom (see below), are for those age 55 and older.
Just a few of the amenities: 50-foot indoor pool, Spa treatment rooms, Library with 2-sided gas fireplace, Cognac Room with television and billiards, 15-seat theatre-style screening room, Golf simulator room, 12-seat John Jacob Astor Boardroom, Great Hall with curated art gallery, Drawing Room with fireplace and bar and – of course – a pet spa!
