The planning commission is Tuesday, October 15, 2019. The home of famous Rye aviator Ruth Rowland Nichols, which was recently on the market for $4.8 million, is scheduled to be subdivided. And the new owner of the Avon campus, sold in July, is looking to get approval to use the facility for medical offices and/or a storage site.
