Rye Planning Commish Tuesday: Dock, Christmas Trees, Wetlands, Osborn Home Zoning Change
The planning commission is Tuesday, November 19, 2019. We've got dock expansion at Shenorock, Christmas tree sale permits, new residence on Midland, subdivision on Oakland Beach and The Osborn Home is looking for some sort of change in zoning – not clear why. And the new owner of the Avon campus, sold in July, is still looking to get approval to use the facility for medical offices and/or a storage site. Various other additions and permits to build in wetlands.
