County Boss & Rye Guy Latimer on 60 Minutes Discussing COVID-19 Response
On Sunday night, March 15, 2020, County Executive and Rye resident George Latimer was interviewed on 60 Minutes about the county's Coronavirus response. Beyond describing a responsibility to get groceries and medicines to those in quarantine, Latimer also discussed a worst case scenario.
"Civil unrest is always a possibility," said Latimer, putting COVID-19 in a local, regional and national frame, and not knowing where we end up.
