Late Night Shopping & Music on Purchase Street Thursday Night

There will be late night shopping and music on downtown Purchase Street and some of the adjacent side streets on Thursday night, July 9th.

On the music side, Sean Donovan, who works at Rock Island Sound’s Tarrytown location, will play acoustic guitar from 7pm – 8pm. He’ll be set-up near Palmer and Purchase (the old Parker’s store) at 43 Purchase Street.

Store will keep different late night hours, and some may be offering discounts and / or rumor has it, wine.

“Not all of our retailers feel that the street closure has been kind to their businesses,” said Mayor Josh Cohn about the shopping night in an update to residents Wednesday night. “So, come and show them all some love!”
