Newbies: Rye High School Welcomes Kelly Lambkin, English

The Rye City School District is welcoming sixteen newbies this year. Most of these faces are new to the district, and a few are old hands in new positions.

Ms. Lambkin comes to Rye High School from the Roy C. Ketchum High School in Wappingers Falls, N.Y. where she worked as an English leave replacement teacher after completing her Master’s degree. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a substitute teacher in the Monroe Woodbury School District in Central Valley, N.Y. She completed her student teaching at Valley Central High School in Montgomery,
N.Y. Ms. Lambkin has a Bachelor of English degree from SUNY Cortland and a Master of Arts in Teaching, Adolescent Education from SUNY New Paltz.
