Boys and Girls Varsity Cross Country Kick Off Season in Home Opener
The Boys and Girls Varsity Cross Country teams kicked off their season in a home opener Thursday, hosting Pelham and Eastchester.
“The boys and girls Cross Country Teams kicked off their season with a dual meet versus Pelham and Eastchester,” said Boys Varsity Coach Mike Szarkowicz. “The girls were led by junior Lucy Adelson (Second overall) in a time of 19:30 for the 2.8 mile course. The guys were led by Junior Taran Agarwal (2nd overall) in a time of 15:39 for the 2.8 mile course.”
