The school district issued an emergency dismissal for Rye High School after being notified of a second positive case of COVID-19 at Rye High School.

Dear Rye High School Families, Faculty and Staff,

The District has just been notified of a second positive case of COVID-19 at Rye High School. After consultation with the New York State Department of Health, we are closing Rye High School for the remainder of the day. All students, faculty and staff are dismissed, and all remaining classes and athletics for today are cancelled.

We will provide more information as soon as we are able.
