Another COVID Case at RHS Closes School for Thursday Afternoon
Another positive COVID case at Rye High School has caused the school to close early Thursday and move to all remote learning. Athletics and after school activities are also cancelled. As of now, this is for Thursday afternoon only to let officials conduct contact tracing.

Dear RHS Community,
The District has learned of a new positive case of COVID-19 at Rye High School. After consultation with the Westchester County Department of Health, we are switching to remote learning at Rye High School for the remainder of the day to allow for contact tracing associated with this case. All students are dismissed at the conclusion of Session 3 at 10:53 A.M. All remaining classes will be remote. Athletics and after-school activities for today are canceled. Administrative offices will remain open. We will provide more information as soon as we are able.
