DWI Arrest in Rye for 3X Over the Legal Limit
On Thursday, November 19, 2020, at approximately 11:15 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-95 in the City of Rye, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Christina McNeill, 42, of Staten Island, NY, was found to be intoxicated.
McNeill was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.27%. She was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and several Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
McNeill was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Rye Court on December 10, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
