COVID Case at Midland Elementary

The Rye school district announced a COVID case at Midland Elementary School on Tuesday morning. The districted said there was no school-related contact tracing or quarantining required.

Dear Midland School Families, Faculty and Staff,

The District was informed today that an individual at Midland School has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in quarantine and was last at the school on Tuesday, December 22. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individual cannot be released. There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with this new case.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Midland School community safe.
