As of 10am Christmas morning, 13% of Rye is in the dark, according to the Con Ed outage map. Merry Christmas, 2020 style. You simply cannot make this up.
Eight hundred and four customers of the 6,277 customers in Rye are out of power. While Rye represents just 1.7% of the Con Ed customer base in Westchester County, it is suffering 7% of the outages.
