A Virtual Bingo Fundraiser for Rye’s County Legislator

Politics is expensive – even at the local level.

Rye resident and County Legislator Catherine Parker (District 7), who made an unsuccessful bid last year for the NY-17 Congressional seat, is holding a virtual “Bingo Happy Hour” on Saturday to help fund what she says is the $50,000 cost for her next county legislator race. “Friends, I appreciate how hard 2020 has been for so many of you, and the last thing I want to do is burden anyone financially,” Parker said in her fundraising effort. “That being said, every election costs money.”

You can attend by purchasing a “Staycationer” ticket for $500, an “Ordered Takeout” ticket for $150 or a “Forgot How to Pump Gas” ticket for $50. The max contribution is $2,968.
