As expected, lots of these COVID notices this week in the wake of the holidays. The Rye school district announced a COVID case Friday afternoon at Osborn Elementary.

To: Rye City School District Recipients

Dear Osborn School Families, Faculty and Staff,
The District was informed today of an individual at Osborn School who has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is currently in quarantine and was last at the school prior to the winter recess. Due to federal health privacy laws, additional information about the individual cannot be released. There is no need for any additional school-related contact tracing or quarantining associated with this case.
Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep the Osborn community safe.
